clean - spacious rooms. great location - close to a little shopping center. staff went above and beyond - especially manny at the concierge desk. helpful and lovely valet attendants. quick travel ideas from waiter miguel. best hotel gym. a gentleman at the lobby lounge. fully stocked bathroom.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The central location made it convenient for both business and family purposes. The room was super quiet and clean, with high-end interior design that made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel. The staff were incredibly hospitable and provided impeccable service. We also appreciated the free wifi in our room and the convenience of parking on-site, albeit at a cost.
The expensive cost of food and drinks, especially considering the already high price of the hotel. We had hoped for some accommodations with the room service fee since the hotel's restaurants were closed.

Fantastic view of downtown LA from the lobby on Level 70. Our spacious room offered magnificent views. The rooftop bar on the 73rd floor provided a great atmosphere and well-made drinks. The gym on the 7th floor had top-tier equipment for fitness enthusiasts. However, the elevator system was confusing, and we had to change elevators through the lobby, adding a layer of security and privacy. I'll recommend this hotel.

the hotel's modern design and incredible views made it a wonderful stay. the staff were helpful and the high-tech elevator system was impressive. the location was perfect for downtown events and the room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. i also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant.
